Online appointment made for the Citizens' Office. Worked on the same day. The required documents and the appointment number were listed directly in the confirmation email. Very short waiting time, very clear. Friendly employee. It can be so uncomplicated.

The woman at the information desk… Helped me zero on the phone even though I had a few questions. And she just said she would call again tomorrow and hung up without even saying goodbye...what a rude lady.

I made an appointment and was there exactly on time. After the very unfriendly lady at reception talked next to me for 5 minutes as if I were air, I was told I should make another appointment in 1 1/2 months. I have never experienced anything so outrageous in my life. Incompetent club. If I didn't HAVE to go here, I would visit any other place in this area.
